The customer wanted to migrate online knowledge base content in 12 locales to a new platform.

The complex migration drive had severe constraints, like the target technology was still evolving and there was little guidance on how-to-do. Sometimes, there were no models to follow.

Moreover, it was required that the migration process should use the minimal time of project sponsors and site owners. There should be minimum inconvenience and interruptions to site users.
