A Washington-based health organization had been conducting food worker training in person or through computer kiosks located at the department premises. This traditional system proved to be inconvenient for food workers, who often found the process time-consuming. Upon successful completion of the course, food workers can pay online and instantly print their bar-coded certification card from the comfort of their homes.
