One of the primary challenges faced by the healthcare venture was the migration of their Learning Management System (LMS) from Cornerstone to Absorb LMS. To ensure a seamless integration, Vidyatech coordinated with the healthcare venture's IT team to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) in Absorb LMS for both Gigya and Active Directory identity management systems. The migration process was thoroughly tested, including a soft launch for 100 users to evaluate the user experience and resolve any functional and usability issues before the final rollout. Post-launch, we also provided two weeks of dedicated support to ensure the smooth functioning of the new LMS and enhance the user experience. In addition to the migration, we also developed custom solutions tailored to the healthcare venture's specific needs.
